This action will focus on the technical and financial management of the project.
The components of the management structure are: 1) Management Board formed by the project leader (M. Forsius, SYKE) and the partner leaders 2) Core management team at SYKE 3) Steering Group formed by the Management Board and the Action leaders 4) Actions and their personnel.
The action will produce the formal technical and financial reports and material.
