The cyanobacterial situation is typical for early June. In the Finnish sea areas, no cyanobacterial blooms have been observed. In lakes, there were only few observations of low amounts of cyanobacteria. Citizens can participate in cyanobacterial monitoring by submitting their own observations via Havaintolähetti mobile phone application or using Järvi-meriwiki internet service (in Finnish or Swedish).
