The seminar presents results of ecosystem accounting pilots and brings together experts from natural science, environmental and resource economics, statistics and policy advisors, data holders and modelers to discuss the following topics:

•    How to consider ecosystem condition and biodiversity in natural capital accounts?
•    How ecosystem condition accounts can be supported by remote sensing based indicators?
•    How to quantify trade-offs and synergies between ecosystem services using physical and monetary accounting?
•    How to include cultural ecosystem service values into marine ecosystem accounts?
•    How to integrate water quality data in physical and monetary ecosystem services  use accounts?
