Trace Elements

The laboratory of the Finnish Environment Institute (Syke) is the testing laboratory T003 accredited by the FINAS accreditation service, accreditation requirement SFS-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017. The accreditation scope is flexible in trace elemental analysis. Up-to-date accreditation information is available on request from the laboratory.

*Mercury can be determined by several techniques. The technique is chosen depending on sample concentration, sample matrix and sample amount available.
