Baltic Sea Science Congress 2023 is held in Scandic Marina Congress Center, a modern congress venue right in the heart of Helsinki.
Scandic Marina Congress Center has a venerable history. The venue started by hosting the fourth follow-up meeting of the Conference for Security and Co-operation in Europe (CSCE) in 1992. Since then, the venue has been a location for many international summits and congresses.
