Research on eutrophication and long-term changes in the Baltic Sea. Developing indicators and assessments to be used as basis for decision making and management of the Baltic Sea. Responsibility for national share and work packages of projects supporting the implementation of the HELCOM Baltic Sea Action Plan and EC Marine Strategy Framework Directive.
