The LUMOAVA project improves biodiversity in the provinces of South Karelia, South Savo, Kymenlaakso and North Karelia.

The practical form of implementation is jointly planned, concrete measures to be implemented with local residents for the benefit of biodiversity. In the project, we will implement a concrete biodiversity measure or action with at least 30 village communities and nine municipalities. Another key element of the project's implementation is bringing research information about the actions in question to the people involved, as well as documenting and communicating good exemplary actions.
