The most popular content on the syke.fi service has been open information. After the renewal, open information content can be found in the environmental data section, which has been expanded with other useful content.
The usability of the service has been improved and the visual appearance modernised. The site, with its new fresh look, presents content more visually and makes navigation easier.
Syke.fi also serves as a window to other online services maintained by Syke and its partners, which provide more detailed information on various environmental topics. From the site, for example, you can navigate to the number-one location for reliable and researched environmental data ymparisto.fi (environment.fi), the Baltic Sea information service (marinefinland.fi), or the water information site vesi.fi (waterinfo.fi).

The partner in the renewal of syke.fi has been Wunder Finland Oy (user interface and technical implementation). The syke.fi website has been renewed as part of a broad renewal of Syke's online services from 2022 to 2025. In addition to syke.fi, other Syke online services, such as ymparisto.fi, have been included in the renewal.
