Background

I have been working at the Finnish Environmental Institute (Syke) since 2020 in various interdisciplinary research and development projects, where new quality assurance methods of various data, data fusion, machine learning methods in the circular economy context and natural language analysis methods for creating environmental information have been studied. I defended my PhD thesis on probabilistic machine learning on October 2021. The topic of the dissertation was "Applications of human feedback in Gaussian Processes" and it was supervised by Associate Professor Aki Vehtari.
